Nemzetközi tervpályázat Fiatal Európai Építészeknek - Velencei Biennálé 2020- Beadás: 2020. február 14.

CA'ASI, founded by Architecture-Studio and located in Venice, is designed as an open place for all architecture and art lovers. Functioning as a laboratory, this place aims to make professional debate accessible to the public. CA’ASI promotes dialogue between contemporary architecture and art, and between architects and artists of different generations and nationalities, in order to question urban planning and architecture issues.

In 2020, as part of the 17th Biennale of Architecture, CA'ASI is holding an international architectural competition entitled Young European Architects (YEA) following the success of Young Chinese Architecture during the 2010 Biennale, Young Architects in Africa in 2014, and Young Architects in Latin America in 2018.
This competition aims to highlight and identify the younger generation of talented European architects who are willing to demonstrate their commitment and their dynamism, representative of the new European architectural scene. Young Architects in Europe is, this year, a unique occasion to value a new part of the world, Europe, thus putting in parallel the young architecture in the different countries.
The competition responds to the 17th Biennale of Architecture’s theme, “How will we live together?”. CA’ASI is particularly sensitive to the emerging topics promoting architecture of the future, especially energy transition, new ways of living, circular economy, new concepts as responses to the rarefaction of resources, digital revolution...

The deadline of submission for the participants will be February 14th 2020. An international jury will meet in Paris in the end of March to select winners and projects for the exhibition. The awards ceremony will take place in the CA'ASI during the inauguration of the exhibition and as part of the 17th Venice Biennale of Architecture.
We sincerely hope that this Young Architects in Europe competition project will interest you.

We remain at your disposal for any questions you may have.
